Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using our services. They define the rules and regulations for the use of VEXA TECH's Website.

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website and services of VEXA TECH ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Scope of Services
VEXA TECH provides digital services including but not limited to:
Web Development
Creating responsive websites, web applications, and frontend solutions.
UI/UX Design
Designing user interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes.
Specific deliverables will be outlined in your individual project contract or proposal.
3. Payments & Refunds
DepositA 50% non-refundable deposit is required to commence any project.
Final PaymentThe remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before final file delivery.
RefundsSince our services are digital and custom-made, refunds are not provided once work has commenced, unless the project is cancelled by VEXA TECH.
4. Intellectual Property (IP)
Client Ownership:
Upon full payment, the client will own the final visual designs and compiled code of the specific project.
Agency Rights:
VEXA TECH retains the right to use the completed work in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials for demonstration purposes.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall VEXA TECH, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
- Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our service by any third party.
